The LUETZE LEOS Lite Managed Ethernet Switch (Part No. 804201) is an 8-port IP54-rated managed switch designed for use in rail vehicles. With robust hardware (Rev. D) and software version 1.0.5, it ensures reliable network performance in demanding railway environments.

The LUETZE DIOLINE PLC is a flexible and powerful compact control unit developed exclusively for rail vehicles. Freely programmable in an IEC 61131-3 development environment, it features an integrated L-bus interface for connecting local I/O modules. The LUETZE LION I/O System (Input Output Network) is designed specifically for rail vehicle applications up to SIL2. Its modular architecture allows flexible configuration by combining diverse modules such as voltage supplies, bus couplers, and digital or analogue modules with safe and non-safe I/Os. The LUETZE Train Line Modem (TLM) enables high-speed Ethernet communication up to 950 MBit/s via vehicle couplings or articulations. It utilizes existing cross-vehicle cables such as Zug-NF, IBIS, or other 24V control cables, and can also use unused coupling contacts. Depending on the version, the TLM provides a rail-approved M12D or x-coded connector for integration into the vehicle network. The LUETZE LUNA is an intelligent control system for 2-pole switching and load monitoring of 24 V actuators. It provides adjustable current ranges up to 10 A with configurable tripping characteristics from fast-acting to super slow. Each module includes 2 channels and supports permanent transmission of diagnostic data. Designed for railway applications, LUNA connects to the vehicle control unit via Ethernet TRDP and is available as a compact module with 6 or 11 slots.

The LUETZE Logic Modules enable the realization of logic operations with or without software. Featuring 8 digital potential-free wide-range inputs with individually selectable thresholds (9 V / 33 V) for nominal voltage DC 24–110 V, and 4 digital potential-free wide-range outputs with short-circuit protection, they offer flexible control. With a maximum output current of 2 A, wide-range supply voltage of DC 24–110 V, and status LEDs for each input and output, the modules ensure reliable monitoring and operation in demanding railway environments.

The LUETZE MTB-Module is designed for the reliable control of two magnetic track brakes in railway and industrial applications. Operating with a DC 24 V supply, it supports high switching currents of 2 × 45 A.
