The DPF 70/6-150 series of medium size Base Station High Power Duplex Filter has several strong characteristics that are beneficial for numerous application usage.
For instance, as 450 MHz Private Mobile Radio (PMR) systems, Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems etc. and both digital and analog radio systems.

These High Power Duplex Filters are highly used in base stations for radio systems working within the markets of Transportation, Maritime, Industrial and Military.

 
The DPF 70/6-150 series are designed for handling a transmit power up to 150 W, as well as at the same time operating at a very narrow spacing/split between Tx and Rx – minimum split is 2-3 MHz.
In comparison with the standard duplexers (max. 50 W of power) normally is specified as single-channel tuned, the DPF 70/6-150 series of duplexers can perform with multi-channel tuning and still retain a very low Tx and Rx insertion loss and high Tx-Rx isolation figures.
 
Depending on the model this duplexer type can go as low as 2-3 MHz. These versions are niche, and Amphenol Procom have the experience and know-how to manufacture these duplexers which for certain applications can be the aspirin to cure the RF headache.
