The LUETZE relay module with positive-action contacts complies with IEC 61810-3, IEC/EN 60255, and IEC 60664-1 standards, making it suitable for safety-related applications in rail technology. Depending on requirements, the module can be supplied with 2 (1NO/1NC) up to 8 contact sets (7NO/1NC). With positively driven contacts, it ensures maximum safety and reliability. Clearances and creepage distances of ≥ 5.5 mm provide enhanced insulation. Relay modules are available for all operating voltages commonly used in rail applications.

The LUETZE function (timing) relay is a versatile and freely programmable solution, configurable via free software. A pre-configured model tailored to customer specifications is also available ex works. With wide-range voltage supply and control, it supports all standard on-board voltages from 24 V to 110 V DC. Available with semiconductor outputs for 24 V and 110 V or with positively driven contacts, the LUETZE timing relay ensures flexibility and safety in railway applications.

The LUETZE Audio Signal Transducer with TRDP enables flexible audio playback and control for rail applications. Configuration (IP and audio) is managed via a web server, while playback is controlled by TRDP message data telegrams or digital inputs. Supporting up to 256 audio files (approx. 15 MB), it allows easy copy and paste of configurations through a web interface. Integrated volume control offers predefined presets, default (100%), or configurable/TRDP-controlled volume settings.

The LUETZE Audio Signal Transducer provides playback of acoustic warnings, speech, and melodies for railway applications. It supports a total audio length of up to 15 minutes, controlled via 6 digital wide-range inputs. Audio files can be prioritized, and volume is adjustable using the integrated potentiometer. Compatible with *.WAV and *.MP3 formats, it is available in versions for wall mounting or with an external speaker. The unit is programmable via free software, making it versatile for customized audio signaling in demanding environments.

The LUETZE Universal Buzzer is designed for versatile acoustic signaling across a wide range of applications. Different tones can be parameterized via the programming interface, either directly from LUETZE or through free software. Operating with voltages between DC 24 V and 110 V, it supports multiple operating modes including continuous, interval, or change-over. Available in three versions – wall mounting, back wall mounting, or DIN rail mounting – the Universal Buzzer provides maximum flexibility for integration in rail and industrial environments.

The LUETZE External Audio Signal Transducer is a powerful electronic sound generator designed for outdoor warning applications. Delivering sound pressure levels of up to 122 dB(A) at 1 m (depending on tone and settings), it ensures clear signaling in demanding environments. Controlled via 4 digital inputs (binary codable) with up to 14 tones available, it offers versatile signaling options. Multiple connection variants are available, including round plug, plug housing, and 90° C angle plug. Day and night control input allows reduction of sound pressure levels at night. Easy programming is possible via a configuration tool with multiple setting options.
