From simple 1:1 wiring to complex cable harnesses – our trained production team on-site in Saarlouis or at our sister plants manufactures prototypes or series production. Our portfolio includes both electrical and fiber optic cabling, custom-built to your requirements (built to print or built to spec). Our manufacturing is carried out according to the industry-specific standard IPC/WHMA-A-620 – the international standard for cable and wire harness processing – and we are approved according to VG96927-2 (basic type A-D1 & M-P). Our team is at your side with comprehensive know-how and technical advice. We provide documented test reports upon request. Initial piece inspection (FAI), acceptance reports (ATR), and documented electrical tests ensure the quality of every delivery. In addition to harnesses, we also integrate mechanical components such as brackets, housings, PCBs, and transceivers upon request – completely pre-assembled and ready for installation.
