Our integrated Analog-to-Digital Converters support input through High Frequency 50Ω MMCX RF type interconnects in a rugged MIL-DTL-38999 ultra-small form factor package. The analog inputs are single-ended and coupled to the latest in TI’s family of open architecture high speed ADC devices using a balun and AC coupling capacitor configuration to produce the broadband differential input required by the devices.
